What if I'm not in the Walla Walla area? Do I still get all the free services?

Unfortunately, no. KINGS4.COM is only a local website, covering only the Walla Walla area. We are in the midst of spreading out to more areas though, so make sure you check ListingMover.com often to look for a local site!

I already have a yard sign. Should I use your yard sign in addition to my current one?

Multiple yard signs have been shown to get more response than just one, and having two in your yard can only benefit you. But if you'd prefer to only use your current sign, you are not required to post one of our yard signs.

What is the talking advertisement all about?

There is a toll free number on the yard sign provided. A potential buyer can call that number, enter the listing number (this number can also be found on your sign) and listen pre-recorded message about your home.

How can I get my Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)?

To get your CMA, you must first list your home on kings4.com. After your home is listed, you can request a CMA from our real estate professional. Next, call or email us to set up an appointment for a walk through, and then our real estate professional will have a personal idea of what your home is like. Within three days of the walk through, you will be contacted and given your complete CMA.

Is there anything special about the pictures on your website?

Yes, there certainly is. By clicking on our pictures, our images expand to Full Resolution. These pictures show an incredible amount of detail and are great for attracting people to your home. By expanding our pictures, a potential buyer gets to actually experience each room as if they are standing in the middle of it.

How often will my property be featured on the kings4.com home page?

At kings4.com, we rotate the five featured properties on our home page each time the page loads. This way, each property is shown under the Featured section of our home page.

If my home isn't currently on the featured section, how can site visitors still find my home?

There are many ways to find a home at kings4.com. Users will be able to use our listing number search, standard search, and advanced search. The listing number search allows potential buyers to go directly to your home by typing in your assigned listing number. The standard search lets users see what listings have been added in the past week, two weeks, three weeks, and four weeks. Browsers can also search by price in our standard search. Our Advanced Search feature allows buyers to search by property features such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms or lot size.

You say that we can print our property pages out like fliers, but when I did, it didn't look very good.

Yes, they don't look good at first because the browser you use prints things you don't really want. To fix this, you must reduce your margins, to take off the address bar and footers, print the background color, etc. To print background in Internet Explorer:

1. On the Internet Explorer menu bar:

2. In the Internet Options dialog box:

3. On the Advanced tab, under Settings: Printing:

Turn the Print background colors and images on by selecting its check box.
